Great ocean views, and a quick walk to the beach. Home has a large yard and a rooftop party deck with wood-burning fireplace and grill station.
The home consists of a main home with 5 bedrooms and a casita with a 6th bedroom, extra kitchenette, extra laundry room and family room with a sofa sleeper.

1 bedroom with a King bed, a jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed.

Driving, and taxi to restaurants and bars are 10 minutes away. There is a restaurant in the Linda Vista Community called Chuy's, as well as Rocky Pizza that will deliver or you can pick up.
Walking to the beaches is just a quick few minute walk from the back gate of the house.
