MAIN LAKE HOUSE:
▻ Living room with a full pull out sofa bed and a Smart TV
▻ Open Concept Kitchen with a Keurig Coffee Machine, Range, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge & Freezer and an island that can sit up to 4 guests.
▻ Laundry Area with a Washer and Dryer
▻ Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed
▻ Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bunk bed with 2 x twin beds above
▻ Shared ensuite full bathroom that connects to both bedrooms

GUEST HOUSE:
▻ Bedroom 3: 1 x King bed with a Smart TV with it's own private entrance separate from the main house.
▻ Mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker
▻ Full ensuite bathroom.

HIGHLIGHTS:
▻ Covered deck with Outdoor Smart TV (good for football season)
▻ Corn hole boards and fire pit
▻ Large top of the line grill that also is a smoker
▻ Nearby hiking trails and public beaches
▻ The public boat ramp is 5 min away at The State Park.

▻ The Entire Home is Located Down a Couple Stairs From the Street
PARKING:
▻ Spacious round driveway parking, wide and long enough that trucks with boats fit.

ENTERING THE HOME:
▻ The Home is Accessed Via Self Check-In Using a Smart Lock with a Unique Code Per Guest.

Note: Lake access is unavailable via the stairs, and renters are not permitted on the docks. However, there are ample other options for accessing the lake nearby such as the Laurel Beach, Cave Creek & North Fork being closest that are open.

The public boat ramp is 5 min away at The State Park!

We love our home and would truly appreciate it if you could treat it like your own. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately.

** Please note that when you reserve this property, you are consenting to comply with all the regulations and guidelines specified in the listing details. Failure to adhere to these rules will lead to a penalty of $500.00, which will be debited from the credit card used for the booking.

POLICIES:
▻ Early Check-In - If booking for today, we will have to check with our cleaning staff if we can accommodate the request. If booking for a future date, we will do our best to provide an early check-in, but the only way to guarantee one is to book the night before as well (if it is available)
▻ Luggage Drop - We can try to accommodate a luggage drop 30 minutes after the check-out time as long as we can work with the potential current guests and cleaners. Please remind us on the morning of your arrival.
▻ Late Check Out - If you inform us the day before, WE MAY be able to accommodate a late check-out up to 12 PM, but the only way to guarantee a late check-out is to book the night after. Late checkouts without advance notice will result in a fee of $50 per hour, and if you check out at 12 PM or later, you will be charged for a whole additional night.
▻ Package Delivery - We do NOT guarantee the package can be retrieved from the mailbox or that it will arrive safely. We recommend sending packages to a local pick-up spot instead or requesting the carrier to deliver to the front doorstep (if you need to send to the home).
▻ Pet Policy - This unit is Pet Friendly, but we do ask for a $100 non-refundable Pet Fee. Please note that we only allow one pet. The Pet fee goes towards deep cleaning the property. Emotional Support Animals or ESAs still require the pet fee. Service Animals are free.
▻ Extra People - You can bring extra guests into the home as long as it is not for a party, no damage is done to the home, and you abide by the home rules
▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
▻ Cancellation - We provide a free cancellation if you cancel more than 30 days in advanced or within 24 hours of confirmation (as long as the check in date is more than 2 weeks out). If the cancellation is not during these windows, we will provide you a refund of any amount recouped from another booking during the same reservation dates, but this can only occur if you cancel the reservation to allow us to host other guests.
