The well fit out kitchen and bathroom are modern, well lit and clean. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer is provided.

We are only a phone call away if you need assistance. You will be the property to the left as you are facing the 2 properties.

North Perth Tennis/Ten Pin Bowling and lawn Bowls Club walking distance. Less than 5 minute drive to Edith Cowen University and Hyde Park. Close to Terry Tyzach and Beaty Park Pool and Leisure Centres. Only 8-10 minute drive to HBF Stadium. CBD 10 minutes by car.

Guests who have small gatherings and small parties will need to respect the privacy of others so we ask noise kept to a minimum after 10 pm.
There will be a replacement fee for lost keys or keys not placed back into the lockbox of $100.
Guests can be charged extra cleaning fee if the house is not left tidy as per Booking Channel Terms and Conditions.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
