Relax in our modern, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome with office, entertainment area which opens to the patio with outdoor seating, open kitchen which is stocked for cooking, and nearby wine, beer and cuisine! We offer WiFi, TV, A/C, 2 comfortable beds (queen & full) with private bathrooms in each bedroom and a private garage! You're sure to enjoy your stay here!
This modern townhome is centrally-located in Spokane, near the river and lovely walking trails, and within walking distance of the downtown shopping mall-- River Park Square. Within minutes, you can also drive to Gonzaga University, WSU Spokane campus, hospitals or access I-90 and drive to Idaho! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with well-maintained sidewalks and yards.
We do not allow pets at this time.
The townhome has three levels with lots of space as well as large windows for natural lighting. You enter into the entertainment area, with television, chair and ottoman, and comfortable sofa and this area easily opens into the outdoor seating area with table and chairs for fair weather. Just up the first flight of stairs is the open kitchen which is seamless to the dining room, a coat closet, office and half bath. And up the final flight of stairs are two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, one private balcony off the front bedroom with seating for two.
We have free street parking in front of the townhome, as well as private garage parking for 1 car, and room for 1 car outside of the garage (behind the townhome). You will easily park in the attached garage and walk right into the townhome. Instructions for use are provided with check in instructions.
We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-******** Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
We use a smart door lock for guests to access the property. Our door codes change between every visit.
Stay in the modern and highly-sought-after Kendall Yards neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown Spokane, the shopping mall, parks, and local restaurants and businesses. Uber or Lyft are available nearby as well. Neighborhood is mostly quiet and several blocks away from the main arterial, with the Centennial Trail nearby for walking towards nature and the river or through urban areas into downtown.
Spokane Transit Authority (STA) buses have stops nearby for public transport. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are available nearby as well.
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For ******** reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because ******** offers AirCover.
For non-******** reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.

For non-******** reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-******** guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
