The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, cookware, cutlery, and dishes. The kitchen opens onto a dining area and living room with two couches and a picture window facing the water.
Steps away from the Drake Devonshire, East and Main Bistro, Midtown Brewery (with ice rink in the winter), Foodland IGA and a short walk to the Wellington beach. Sandbanks beaches and North beach are approximately 20 minutes by car.

Water access
Lake Ontario is a especially prone to change conditions very quickly. Often in the morning it is tranquil and by your second cup of coffee the wind has picked up and there are nice waves. This is incredibly exciting to observe, but kids and inexperienced swimmers should always be well supervised.
One of the greatest pleasures of the beach front however is the hunt for fossils. The limestone in this area is famous for them. It is almost guaranteed that guests will find a trilobite or mollusk to add to their collection. There is no sudden drop off in front of the house. One can comfortably walk out 20m. The house faces directly south so the moonrises are stunning. Rochester`s lights are 70km away can be seen on a clear night.
Laundry
We do NOT have laundry access. You can use 'The Washtub' laundromat for laundry services.
