With a maximum capacity of 4 people, our studio is perfect for couples, friends, or small families who want to explore the area. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a charming bedroom with a double bed, which is open to the kitchen and the living room. This open layout creates a sense of spaciousness and connection between the spaces.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. With gas stoves and a small fridge/freezer, you will find all the necessary utensils to cater to a group of 4 people. You can enjoy homemade meals and have the option to conveniently store your food and beverages.
In the living room, you will find a sofa bed and an armchair that can also transform into another sofa bed, providing additional options for rest or accommodating extra guests. Additionally, a large fireplace takes a prominent place in the living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. We also have a fan to cool the environment on hotter days.
Right next to the bed, you will find the shower and the sink, which are separated to provide you with greater comfort and privacy when using these facilities.

For your convenience, the property provides bed sheets and towels, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. Additionally, we offer WiFi connection so you can stay connected and enjoy your electronic devices during your stay.

Vilamaniscle, located in the north of the Alt Empordà region, with an area of 5.5 km2, borders the town of Llançà to the north, Garriguella to the south, and Rabós to the west. The Natural Area of Albera surrounds the entire village, and within the municipality, you can still find examples of the Albera turtle in the wild, currently protected. It is also common to find a wide variety of fauna, such as deer, badgers, foxes, and wild boars.
Vilamaniscle is also a very good starting point for nature excursions. The St. Quirze de Colera monastery is especially popular and can be reached by car in about 20 minutes via forest tracks that are generally in good condition. Alternatively, the hike will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes. The excursion is worthwhile due to the cultural-historical importance of the monastery, as well as the beautiful and impressive landscapes along the way. After the first 500 meters of the path, you can also visit the menhir (Pedra Dreta), located about 20 meters to the right of the forest path. Other excursions to the Albera mountains can also start in Vilamaniscle. If you don't want to expend too much energy, visit the St. Gil church (16th-18th century) built very close to the village.
Although it may seem like a fairly isolated village, it has the beaches of Llançà a 15-minute drive away, or Port de la Selva in 20 minutes. In these towns, you will find the best beaches in the area, and we highly recommend Cala Bramant, Port Beach, Playa la Farella, Playa de Grifeu, and Cap de Vol.
If you prefer pools over the beach, Vilamaniscle is one of the few nearby villages that has a public swimming pool, with a fairly affordable entry price (you will find an image with the prices).
Other places that make Alt Empordà known are Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, one of the main wetlands in Catalonia, along with the Ebro and Llobregat deltas. This park can be explored through its 8 itineraries, where you can observe several of the 329 bird species that have been recorded. On the other hand, another well-known natural park is Cap de Creus Natural Park. This protected natural space, a 50-minute drive away, is the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula. We recommend taking one of its various walking routes and discovering the beautiful natural landscapes that this geographic phenomenon has to offer. Furthermore, next to the Cap de Creus lighthouse, there is a restaurant where you can savor the local gastronomy, and during peak season, you can only access it by car if you have a reservation.
Vilamaniscle has a cooperative that, although small, offers high-quality products. They are also honey producers. In fact, at the beginning of 2022, they won the London International Honey Quality Competition award.

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.

Cancellation and collection policy

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
