This stunning Suncadia Home has everything you need for a Family getaway or small corporate retreat! Located right on the golf course, and just steps from Swiftwater Winery, you’ll be in the heart of all the fun. Sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms and a bonus bunkroom in the game room, complete with a wet bar area and half bathroom. A short walk to Batista’s Meadow or Dawson Park. Fully equipped open kitchen to prepare your meals or dine in one of our delicious local restaurants.
The main home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, a spacious gourmet kitchen and a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course with a fire table and hot tub.
There is a Game Room with a bunkbed, wet bar, Foosball, sofa, TV and second half bath.
Located in the center of Suncadia, this home is just steps from the Winery and a short walk to multiple parks.

You will get a message the day of your arrival when the home is ready for check in, which includes the door entry code and wifi password. We do not offer luggage drop off and early arrival is extremely limited by prior approval only. Our Housekeeping Team needs adequate time to prepare the home for your visit. We do not give access information until the home has been prepared for your arrival.
This property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, access to Nelson Farm Pool, IntraResort Shuttle Service, Suncadia Resort charges a FEE for these services that our Guests do not pay.

Tampering with the hot tub in any way will result in a minimum $300 fee, plus repair costs, to be paid by the primary guest immediately upon departure. This includes fouling the water. No exceptions. Thank You for your understanding.
Due to wildlife activity, including bears, do not leave trash or food of any kind outside or in your cars.
