Welcome to The Home Theater Haven Vacation Rental, where you'll find a spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment that's perfect for up to 6 guests. Located in the heart of Silicon Slopes, this rental offers quick access to the freeway, making it a great home base for your adventures in the area.
The sleeping accommodations include a king bed with a comfortable Purple brand Mattress in one bedroom, a queen bed in another, and a queen air mattress for two additional guests. There's also a small desk in the queen room for any work that may need to happen during your travels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, a tea kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer, as well as control over the cooling and heating to ensure your comfort during your stay.
While we do our best to minimize noise, please be aware that you may hear some activity from our family owners upstairs, as well as our small dog barking outside. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but the owners are very accommodating and love having guests so if it becomes a concern just reach out and they will gladly accomidate.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property.
We do not allow any type of parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes.
Parking: no street parking
Pet policy: Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm and pet policies will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time.
We would love to host you while you're in town and are happy to meet plausible requests or modifications you might need for your visit.
