The spacious lounge/dining room features a fireplace, wi-fi, cable TV and a sofa-bed. Large window sliding doors for natural light leads on to the patio with outdoor dining furniture and a portable BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The location is peaceful and a just a short drive to local beaches in Alvor and Portimão.
A car is reccommended as beaches and supermarkets are about 5 minutes drive away, in the village of Alvor or Portimão city centre.
Monthly rates for winter lets do not include utility costs - water, electricity (gas if applicable) bills are paid seperately. Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure and the amount worked out according to the base rate of consumption.
Guests are met on arrival for the check-in.
