This home is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully laid out for guests to maximize their space for their stay. The spacious work desk makes catching up on e-mails between meetings or working remotely convenient, spacious and comfortable. The apartment building has 24hr Security, and is located in the heart of the Central Business District, making it a short Uber trip to most businesses and conference centres such as the CTICC. The home also boasts a large Smart TV, fast Wifi and Aircon.

The centre of Cape Town has grown fantastically over the last few years and its mix of European and African cultures means it is a-buzz, day or night, with a heady mix of culture, nature and history and an eclectic mix of people. This is the business centre but it’s also a chance to experience South Africa’s past - the South African Museum, the Castle of Good Hope, Company Gardens, Government Avenue and other museums and galleries lining the centre of town.
Uber is reliable and cost efficient
- Please note that the parking bay is not situated in the same complex as the apartment- it is in the adjoining building- but there is easy access between both.
-Please note that the Communal Pool and Gym are not located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment building- but is accessible through a skywalk way to get there and back to your building. You will need to have your access tag and amenity card in order to get access for these facilities.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.
