Right on Plaza Maestranza, you will be a stone's throw away from all amenities, bars, restaurants, and golf clubs.
Our space has been designed following the latest trends. It combines the Scandy clear lines and functionality with the warmth and comfort of Spanish style. Fully equipped kitchen incl. the tiniest details are all selected to match the style of the flat.
The 3 bedrooms are laid out in a way to give full privacy and also quick access to the living and kitchen. The master bedroom is with an en-suite bathroom and also a walk-in closet.
We aimed to provide a unique boutique experience with this property and also give you an outstanding service.
!!! We are only accepting guests who will respect the space and keep it tidy and clean so more travelers can enjoy the beauty of it.
Guests will be greeted by one of our staff members at the tie of the check-in. To show you full access to the property and familiarise you with the property rules and the area.
Please NOTE: Check-ins after 8pm are considered as late check-ins and a fee of 50 euros has to be paid on arrival.
Plaza la Maestranza is literally in the heart of the buzzing Nueva Andalucia. Just below the flat in the very same complex, you can find Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, all types of restaurants and bars. The bus station is right at the entrance of the bloque. The iconic venues that are set to be the nightlife place to be like Mosh, Breath, La Sala, etc... are just steps walking distance. Nao Pool Club, Puerto Banus, etc... can be all reached within walking distance. The emblematic golf courses of Aloha, Las Brisas, and Los Naranjos are right behind the corner.
Literally, no better address than our flat no matter if you come for holidays, golf, leisure, or work.
Our address is the easiest point to get around for sure.
The bus station is below the terrace... But also everything is just walking distance away. You can easily move without a car thanks to the location.
However, if you rent a car you can always use the underground parking and be free to explore the wonderful Costa del Sol that has so much to offer.
Please note, that our property is Brand new and we will be very demanding and vigilant on the way you are treating it.
Stays longer than a week will be subject to additional cleaning(once every 7 days). This fee is to be on charged as an additional fee 15 € per hour.
