Ideal for large families and groups, the property is perched atop Maria Bluff, offering sensational 180-degree ocean and mountain views with beautiful breezes. This expansive home is perfectly positioned just minutes from Cruz Bay, boat charters, and the National Park.
Maria Breeze features three separate living areas on the main level, connected by covered decks and stairways. The decor reflects traditional island living with stone masonry, pitched ceilings, white-washed walls, and breezy colors, combined with modern appliances.
All five bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with a private bath and ceiling fan. The main level includes three king bedrooms, while the lower level has two king bedrooms, all with full baths. There is also a separate half bath on the main level.
Outdoors, the villa boasts an expansive horseshoe-shaped deck with a roof for all-weather enjoyment, generous outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a large dining table. Below the deck, a sun-drenched pool offers a perfect spot for sunbathing and cooling off.
