This family home is ideal for two couples travelling with a little one, there is a lovely lush green garden to enjoy, a BBQ / Braai ideal for a meal to enjoy together. The house is charming and reminiscent of a by-gone era with many eclectic and eccentric touches collected overtime. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and includes a gas stove, Nespresso machine and Air fryer and SMART TV+WIFI for guest use.
The house does have an alarm system which may be used during the stay. The house also includes unlimited free WIFI for our guests and a SMART TV with HDMI cable.
Please note that loadshedding is a reality in South Africa, however we provide two rechargable LED lights for loadshedding along with loadshedding bulbs that will light up some of the rooms during the hours of loadshedding.
This old home has been treated with a lot of love and care but we understand that with it there can be challenges, we ask that you treat it with the same love and respect you would treat your own home.
There is the option of a nanny service both for during the day and after hours, which will be at an additional cost. Our nanny is amazing with kiddies, she has formal child care training and is highly trustworthy and capable!
There is a cottage on the property where two of guests can sleep. There is also a dedicated infant room for children up to the age of 2 years old.
Guests will have exclusive use of the home during their stay
A old heritage home with an unfussy air. Enjoy easy, central living in trendy Sea Point. Tucked away from the main road, the charming home offers a quiet escape. Our home is centrally located and 5 minutes from the Promenade which stretches all the way to from Mouille Point to Bantry Bay. The home is a quick 8 minute drive from town and a short 5 minute walk from major supermarkets , coffee shops and the Artem Shopping Centre. There are many world-class restaurants & coffee shops nearby.

We have two off-street parking bays alongside the house if you will be using your own vehicle.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers.

ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process
