Welcome to Whiskey Row! Home to the BEST rooftop in Nashville, TN! This renovated 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is only 8 minutes from downtown & 3 minutes from Top Golf! Our George Dickel Whiskey themed home is the perfect place for a bachelor or bachelorette party, fun getaway, or company travel. You'll absolutely love the rooftop putting green with stunning downtown views & the attention to detail put into the design. Whiskey Row is hosted by Jake and Stay Music City. Come join the fun!
ROOFTOP - Our favorite part of the whole house. This giant rooftop has it all: stunning views of downtown Nashville, a putting green with putters and golf balls, string lights, lots of comfortable furniture, and great photo opportunities.
THE LOUNGE - The perfect spot to host the pregame, company meeting, or relax with the kiddos! Equipped with a large smart TV, wet bar, mini fridge, bar cart, futon, and access to the best rooftops in town!
BEDROOM #1 - Located on the second floor, this bedroom has a Queen bed, desk, and closet!
BEDROOM #2 - Located on the second floor, this bedroom has a Queen bed, a built-in cubby that can be used for getting ready or as a desk area, and closet!
MASTER BEDROOM - Located on the second floor, the master bedroom has a King sized bed, giant mirror, walk in closet, access to the master bathroom, as well as access to a small patio. This patio has furniture on it and makes for the perfect spot for some morning coffee!
LIVING ROOM - Plenty of seating, a big ole smart TV. The perfect spot to turn on the big sports game, watch a movie, or relax after a night on the town. The futon can easily be turned into a bed for someone to sleep on. You will be able to use our complimentary YouTube TV account, or you can log into any other streaming services with your own personal account. We do not provide access to cable.
KITCHEN - Enjoy this modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, wine cooler, Keurig fully stocked with pods and sugar, kitchen table, and plenty of cups, plates, silverware, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. Extra supplies are located under the sink.
BATHROOMS - You don't have to worry about running out of toilet paper, soap, or towels .. we've got you covered. We also have hair dryers under the sink for your convenience!
CLOSETS - We have hangers for you to use in every closet. We also provide extra pillows, a throw blanket, linens for the futons, and a laundry basket.
LAUNDRY - There is a full-sized washer and dryer located on the second floor in a hallway closet; we've got the iron, iron board, and tide pods.

KEYLESS ENTRY - The front door is secured by smart locks. You will receive a unique code that is valid for the duration of your stay prior to check-in.
SECURITY CAMERA - There is a RING Doorbell located by the front door as well as two exterior security cameras overlooking the property.
PARKING - There is a one-car garage in addition to ample street parking in front of the property. The driveway is shared by three properties, so please do not block the driveway or other vehicles.
MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET - This is used as storage and will not be accessible to guests.
Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Some of our favorite local spots are Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cage, & Top Golf!
Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We do not recommend any of the public transit options and encourage guests to bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally speaking, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" when in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety-measures regardless of your location within the city.
SMART TVs - We provide complimentary YouTube TV for all guests. Guests have the ability to login to their own streaming service profiles at their discretion.
NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES - Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine.
PET FRIENDLY - We are pet-friendly hosts; however, we must be informed of all pets occupying the property prior to your stay. An additional $100/pet cleaning fee will be administered for your stay. Any evidence of unregistered pets in the house or on the property will result in a $250 fine. Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet fee (with appropriate documentation); however, emotional support animals are considered pets.
CHECK-IN - You will receive check-in instructions prior to your stay; our standard check-in time is 4PM. We do offer early check-in at 2PM for an additional $50 in addition to accommodating bag drop-offs when available.
CHECK-OUT - Our standard check-out time is 10AM and we do not require you to do chores prior to check-out.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS - If the property is left in a condition far worse than a typical stay, then an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please treat the property with respect and keep in mind that you will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property.
RULES - If not following any of these rules forces us to refund or offer a discount to an upcoming guest, then you may be held responsible for those charges.
