Mondays from 8a-6p you park on the left side of the street going down the hill and Tues-Friday you park on the right side of the street going the same direction. During the 8a-6p interval there is a 2hr max timer parking for visitors without a permit. Anytime between 6p-8am Mon-Sun parking is available for everyone for free. If you are caught during the restricted zone you may receive a $75 parking ticket. If by chance you happen to be present at the property during restricted parking hours then there is available meter parking on Madison ave approximately 5 minutes walking distance. You can pay either at the parking meter or through Albany parking app (ParkAlbany). The host is not responsible for parking related issues - this is an urban city, and parking should be planned ahead of your trip.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough 50-point cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. They may be allowed for an additional fee however on cleaning, so contact your travel rep to find out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! It is prohibited. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
