This stylish Japanese apartment is just 3 mins walk to Peace Park. It is located in a building with an elevator. Friendly neighborhood surrounded with restaurants, and convenience stores. 1 min walk to the nearest train station. Complete amenities which provides 2x queen size beds, it has a balcony with a city view. Room wifi is provided to complete your stay. Full kitchen with basic cooking tools. Shower & toilet with toiletries. Washing machine with free detergent. It can accommodate maximum of 4 people comfortably.
Apartment is located on 2nd floor with elevator.
Bed setting is as follows :
2x Queen size bed ( sleeps 4 adult)
Total : 4 adult can sleep comfortably
In the apartment I prepare many Hotel clean towels so please feel free to use them
All the bed sheet, pillow cover provides from Hotel service
Kitchen - coming with full basic cooking tool and cooking spice
Bathroom - provide with full hotel supplies such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and wash sponge hotel set.
Balcony - Washing machine with dryer function is provided & space for smoker
You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests

The easiest way is to ride this Limousine bus service. This coach service brings you to Hiroshima Bus center directly.

【Check in/out】
Standard check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Depending on other guests' schedules it might be possible to check in earlier so please feel free to ask me for early check-in or late check-out.
House comes with:
+ Fridge, microwave
+ AC/heater
+ Washing machine
+ Clean sheets and Towels
+ Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner
+ coffee and sugar
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
> Visiting guest will be charged even if they do not stay overnight and Please be quiet after ten o'clock in the evening.
If there is a complaint from a neighbor, you may be contacted. Please understand in advance that if repeated complaints occur, it is inevitable to report to the police.

All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.
In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.
Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay
Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.
