Rowen is a beautiful village with lots of hiking options nearby and is a great base location to explore all that the fantastic Snowdonia has to offer. Including attractions such as Snowdon, Dolwyddelan Castle, Llanberis Pass & Village for example.
The ground floor compromises of a porch entrance through to a kitchen/dining room plus conservatory which leads to the garden and outdoor dining table. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer plus a cloak-room. There is an ample sized sitting room with TV and Sky Freeview.
Upstairs there is a family sized bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator and linen cupboard. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite shower cubicle, toilet, sink and towel radiator. Also on the second floor there is a twin room and a further double room with a walk in closet for personal storage.

More sedentary walks are available in the village and throughout the Conwy Valley. Those seeking an adrenaline rush look no further than Tree Top adventures (Zip World Fforest), Bounce Below, Velocity Quarry Tour & Zip World, all within 40 mins or less.
The award winning Ty Gwyn pub is only a minutes’ walk away offering good food every day and traditional Welsh singing on a Friday night. The Conwy Water Gardens and Pancake House is also in the village and ideal for a spot of coarse fishing, animal petting or food at the restaurant.
Popular local activities include walking, hiking, and surfing. Tree Top Adventures is 11.5 miles away and has a range of outdoor activities. you can also go rock climbing in the area.
Llandudno is just 8 miles from the property whilst Surf Snowdonia and Bodnant Gardens are both 4 miles from Gwynant Bach. Great Orme Copper Mines can be reached within 10 miles of the property
The Nearest railway station is located at Llandudno Junction which is around 9 km, there are also bus connections to Colwyn Bay from the train station.
The Llew Jones no.19 bus serves Rowen and Pontwgan with direct services to Conwy with connections to Bangor and Caernarfon.
There are a number of taxi firms but the nearest and therefore least expensive are based in Conwy. These are as follows : Castle Cabs & Rogers.
