The home is inside the Storey Lake Resort Community, and guests will have access to the amenities at the resort's clubhouse called The Hideaway Club, which includes a resort-style pool with a spa, two waterslides, a lazy river, a kids splash park, a sand volleyball court, sports courts, an arcade-style game room, a playground, a 9-hole mini-golf course and putting green, and a lake where can rent kayaks for the day and go out on a cruise around the lake that encompasses the resort. This place has it all for family fun!
There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center to get your workouts in, on-site dining, and a full liquor bar at the outdoor Tiki bar for some adult fun. Order food, drinks, and ice cream sundaes poolside on a relaxing day off from the parks!

You’ll have room in the driveway for one care, Be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. There’s also lots of designated street parking if arrive in more than one car.
The home is about 22 miles from the Orlando International Airport and driving times vary based on the time of day. It’s usually about a 25-28 minute drive, but it’s always best to check your mobile map app for driving times.

Sanitized bed linens & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item.
We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to buy more.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
The pool & whirlpool spa can be heated for an additional fee of $40/day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like it heated, as it takes time to fully heat the pool. There’s an additional fee of $35 if pool heating is requested at check-in or later, as we’ll have to send a technician.
The BBQ grill (full propane tank included) is available for a $120 (per week) rental fee.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply.
