The dining area accommodates a dining table which seats 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and cookware, allowing guests to prepare their favorite meals during their stay. It has a dining table which seats a further 4 people.
St Austell also benefits from a private garden, perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing in the sun. Additionally, there is free Wi-Fi and off-street parking available for guests. (Unfortunately, commercial vehicles are not permitted at this property)

You will have exclusive access to the house and garden during your stay. We will leave you to enjoy your stay, but are easily contactable should you need us.
The management company of this estate does not allow commercial vehicles to be parked at this property.
This property is a town house, so has two flights of stairs.
We require the lead guest to sign our T&C's and submit a government issue ID for verification.
We monitor our properties remotely with noise sensors and video doorbells.
