Atardecer 2 by Ronival Property Management, is an adorable brand new and exquisitely decorated condo with beautiful natural lighting, perfectly equipped with everything you will need to spend a memorable vacation.
Indulge your family or friends by preparing delicious dishes in your fully equipped kitchen with a conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances.
This beautiful apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Therefore, it is ideal for family vacations, as a couple or with friends. The sofa in the living room becomes a bed in case additional space is required for a child.
The rooms are composed as follows:
* Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, private bathroom, Smart TV and sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful Cabo sunsets.
* The second room has a double bed and is exquisitely decorated. For your convenience there is a full bathroom right next to this room.
Guests will have access to the terrace and common areas of the building, where they can enjoy the breeze and the wonderful view of the Sea of Cortes, or simply swim in the pool and then relax on the loungers and sunbathe.
Another benefit of staying here is the proximity and easy access to the beach. Just 5 minutes walking you can enter this magnificent beach through the public access located in the Hotel Riu.

Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. ** This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.**
The Amaterra residential complex is located just a 3-minute drive from the main attractions of Cabo San Lucas such as La Marina, Playa el Médano and the area of restaurants and bars.
Due to the proximity to the main attractions of Cabo San Lucas, you can easily get to any of these places by Uber (available 24 hours).
Playa el Médano is just 5 to 10 minutes walking from the apartment, this beach is totally suitable for swimming.
