Casa Oceano Vistas has been fully renovated and is located in the beautiful community of La Vista Residences. This 3 BR condo, is the perfect blend of tranquility, and functionality for any couple or family looking to spend some time away in a quiet, safe and secure location with breathtaking ocean views.
From the moment you enter this sleek condo you will be delighted by the beautiful ocean views that can be enjoyed from the cozy living room which sliding doors opens to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and all utensils for preparing delicious meals.
Featuring three spacious and comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it can perfectly accommodate six guests as follows:
- Master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, smart tv and sliding doors that open directly to the balcony where you can sit and indulge yourself with the stunning ocean views.
- 2nd bedroom - Included two twin beds and next to a full bathroom.
- 3rd bedroom - Features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Go up the stairs and you will find yourself on a private rooftop terrace with private jacuzzi and views that will take your breath away. Enjoy some time outside under starry skies while sipping cocktails from one of our many lounge chairs or cooking BBQ's in grill. It will certainly be your favorite place to relax and enjoy amazing ocean views.

It is located in the Tezal area just 5 min from Costco and 15 min driving from famous Medano Beach and downtown. Just far enough from the noise and activity of downtown, yet close enough to enjoy the amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi of the Club house were you can relax and and simply admire the amazing ocean views.
Depending on your vacation plans, renting a car is a very convenient option, but if you don't want to drive, Uber & Taxis are plentiful and safe in Cabo.
