You will love everything about this place from the convenient location close to all the best that Soulard and St Louis has to offer and a wonderful place to hang your hat after so you can relax after a day of exploring. You love the 2 story apartment which features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms plus a futon sofa bed for 2 additional guests to stay. As you walk in you are greeted by the new remodeled kitchen which includes new appliances and everything you need to cook your own meals. We provide basic cooking essentials, pots & pans, and a Keurig coffee maker. Our cozy living room includes a Roku smart Tv for streaming your favorite shows, futon sofa, coffee table and accent chair, perfect for relaxing after an eventful day in the city. There is also a patio seating area for relaxing. The half bathroom is located on the main level. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with 1 queen size bed and 1 king size bed and the full bathroom. In unit washer and dryer available for our guests.

Soulard is a fun and walkable neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries and exquisite historic architecture which makes this neighborhood one of the best and most popular destinations in St. Louis.
Our neighborhood is walkable and fun for family, and friends. Soulard is easy to get around and offers a variety of transportation options. Uber/lyft are always available as well as renting a bike or scooters are a fun way to get around. The beautiful architecture surrounds every corner you turn and there are so many places to visit and things to do for all. We are only minutes away from downtown, the famous St Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and all the best attractions in the city. We are a short 10 minute drive to the Zoo, museums, and Botanical Gardens.
Important to note before you rent
* NO Locals. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are local and do not have at least 2 good reviews.
* No one allowed in unit that is not on your reservation. This goes for people just stopping by. Please consult with the host if you expect anyone to visit.
* NO SMOKING inside or on the property. Please smoke closer to the street or alleys away from the building. Some units have other guests and out of respect we ask all smokers to step away from the building.
* Check in time is 4pm or after. Please consult with host if you need a early check in and we will try to accommodate you.
This apartment entry location is on the 2nd floor. There is a flight of stairs to get to front door (please see listing photos for reference) This is a 2 story apartment once you are inside. The building has 4 units, please do not disturb other guests. You will have a private entry which is accessed at the back of the building. You are allowed 1 parking spot back there as the other spot is for our other guests. Street parking is an option. Please adhere to any city parking rules/signage.
The building is located close to a highway and some highway noise can be heard. When inside with windows closed and door closed, the noise is very minimal.
We also rent the other apartments in the building so if you're looking for more space for a larger group please inquire with the host to make arrangements.
* Please let us know upon booking your age range, how many guests in total, and reason for stay. If you have a dog, please inform the host. 1 dog allowed no more then 35 pounds. No Cats. If you have any questions, please message us.
* Pet fee of $50.00 and will be collected upon confirmation of reservation.
Pet Policy:
* We only allow dogs, no cats
* No pets allowed on furniture, beds, or without supervision inside or outside the property.
* Do not use our linens or towels for sleeping, cleaning or anything that will cause pet hair to stick to our household items.
* Must clean up all pet messes outside and inside, this includes shedded hair, and all pet droppings outside.
* Loss of deposit if there is excessive pet mess in and outside the property.
A photo ID is required to book this apartment.
This is a corporate apartment in a quiet residential community and we expect our guests to be good neighbors at all times. Noise restrictions are strictly enforced and there are absolutely no parties or gatherings permitted. This apartment would not be a good fit for a boisterous group.
Please note that because of the short turnaround time between guests for our cleaning team, it is difficult for us to accommodate early check-in requests. If the unit is available, we will gladly allow an early check-in. Requests cannot be confirmed until the evening before, or day of, your arrival.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate late check outs or to store luggage because we accept same-day bookings.
