Located in the trendy suburb of De Waterkant the apartment is ideally located. It is in close proximity to the V&A Waterfront, Beaches and Sight Seeing locations. The apartment is fully equipped with a large kitchen and open planned lounge. There is access to the hotel pool which you may enjoy during your stay. The building is secure with biometric access and manned security. There is an added bonus of two bikes which are in the apartment, you are welcome to make use of them during your stay.

An exposed brick wall apartment with a large loft bedroom modern kitchen and bathroom with separate bath & shower. Double volume ceiling with large windows and amazing light. A patio overlooking the complex pool, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. Our unit is one of only a few homes in a complex filled with creative agencies.
Guests will have exclusive use of the space during their stay.
Extremely safe, vibrant and trendy neighbourhood.
The apartment is in walking distance to the beautiful Green Point stadium, state of the art park and golf course, the V&A Waterfront mall with amazing seafront restaurants and Ferry to the World Heritage Site, Robben Island. The ocean is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive away. Battery Park, also a few minutes walk away, is an urban park complete with skate & scooter park, basketball courts & other outdoor activities including a canal with water sport activities.
Cape Town city centre with fantastic restaurants, galleries and more is a mere walk away. 7 min drive to Lions Head and World Heritage site, Table Mountain with amazing hiking routes or cable car to the top.
The list of things to do is endless.
This is a trendy area that has maintained, and even accentuated, the colourful, bright semi-detached houses - restoring them into fashionable cottages that, together with the cobbled, tree-lined streets and spectacular views, bring to mind New York’s Greenwich Village and London’s Soho.
The De Waterkant Village - now as many as 80 properties within walking distance of restaurants, the Cape Quarter shopping centre and local entertainment - is regarded as a resort-type experience, although this does the charming, character-full village an injustice. The bright, 18th century cottages are given over to guest houses offering authentic ‘local’ living and nestling on the lower slopes of Signal Hill overlooking Table Bay.
The Village of De Waterkant is essentially a business area during the day, where people live, work, lunch and shop, but by night it’s alive with energy and offers some of the city’s best restaurants, wine bars and delis.
I suggest Uber for daily travel.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.
