Luxury amenities include resort style pool with comfortable lounge chairs, hot tub, BBQ area with outdoor dining, onsite gym, easy access to the canal located directly outside of the apartment in case you want charter a boat and have them pick you up at the rental or rent a boat yourself and of course, amazing waterfront views!
This modern waterfront 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has everything you will need to enjoy you vacation. The owner has spared no expense on high quality furnishing, decor, linens, dinner and cookware, etc.
The living area is bright and airy with ample seating for up to 4 people in the living area plus an extra 2 seats at the bar in the kitchen.
This bar area can also be used for dedicated work space or enjoy the bistro style seating for 2 on the outdoor patio while having your morning coffee.
There is a 60" Smart TV in the living area which comes with a Netflix account already activated so that you can enjoy your favorite shows.
The apartment has a beautiful bathroom with large walkin shower and luxury finishes and will come stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.
You can enter the bathroom either from the hallway or from the bedroom.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed and also has a second TV for you to enjoy at night. There is a walkin closet with ample storage room for your luggage etc. as well as a bureau for your clothes in front of the bed.
The apartment also has its own washer & dryer.
