This 42-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Saint Paul’s Cathedral is located down the road and is a must-see for history lovers. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
