This apartment is located on the V and A waterfront canals. Gorgeous balcony views of the canals and surrounding buildings as well as lions head. There is a water taxi that can take you to the shopping and restaurant district of the V and A waterfront. The ICC is also two minute walk from the Condo. This is one of the most central locations to enjoy the Atlantic sea board with is beaches or the cape town city center with its restaurants and night life.
The apartment has a queen bed, TV is connected to Netflix and fast uncapped Wi-Fi.
It come with a washing machine , Air conditioning and amazing view from the balcony.
Guests will have full access to apartment and surroundings

We use Hotel Quality linen and our linen is washed using water saving technology.

This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans and fresh linens
