Inside:
With a modern rustic theme running throughout, reclaimed flooring and exposed brickwork sit alongside warming accents and tasteful touches.

A space designed for a small family or couples, from the calming interior in the double bedroom to the twin bedroom that nestles in the rafters of the cottage, to the shower and deep claw-foot bath, lazy mornings and languid days are much-encouraged at this characterful hideaway.

Outside:
Riley Cottage’s sunny and sheltered terrace - complete with seating - is a tranquil space to idle away a morning with the papers and coffee.

If you can tear yourself away (and you must), 5 minutes or so down the road you'll find award-winning restaurants, quirky interior shops. Finish the day submerged under a flamingo pink sky with a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the beach.

Important info about use of log-burner:
There is a log burning stove, but we do not supply logs for guests due to storage space. You can purchase logs locally at Maxteds pet shop (about a 3min walk) or the local supermarkets and petrol stations too.
Guests have fully use of the house and courtyard garden.
The house is situated in the heart of Deal's prestigious conservation area. The house is quiet and tranquil, but at the same time only a hop and a skip into the town for buzzy restaurants, bars and independent shops. Please note, we can provide shampoo for business travellers only, if requested when the booking is made.
Getting around is easy on foot as the cottage is just a few minutes walk to the town and about 1 minute walk to the beach.
Please note: Security deposit amount is £250. Whilst we expect some wear and tear, if there is any serious damage that we cannot easily rectify, it will be necessary to apply charges. Should there be any charges against your security deposit this will be fully explained to you.
