Take in the iconic Cape sunsets from the balcony. Located on the 18th floor there are spectacular views over the city. The apartment includes one secure parking bay, free WIFI, SMART TV, fully equipped kitchen, use of the pool and gym as well as the basics to make your stay more comfortable.
There is a Food Lovers Market located on the ground floor, where you can conveniently pick up specialty goods as well as every day groceries. Should you prefer to order in, Uber Eats or Mr Delivery can deliver directly to you.
An added benefit for business travelers; If you are VAT registered or travelling for business, you will be able to claim your VAT back for the booking. :)
Clean apartment with wonderful facilities in the building for your convenience. Enjoy a relaxing and restorative nights sleep on the luxurious king sized bed, with a delicious morning coffee to start the day.
Enjoy all Netflix channels, in your downtime. The apartment is kitted out with an air-conditioner should you need it for the hot Summer Days or as a heater during the cooler Winter months.

Located at the top of Long Street the apartment is central and close to all popular restaurants and bars in town. The Atlantic Seaboard is a ten minute drive where you will see some of the best beaches Cape Town has to offer. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of city life by heading up into the CBD which is just moments away. Enjoy Cape Town's iconic sunsets from the balcony with incredible mountain and city views too.
I recommend using Uber.
There is a secure, allocated parking bay, should you wish to use your own car.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers.
We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
