Magnificent apartment of 75 m2 recently renovated with balcony, which can accommodate 4 people. It's hard to imagine a better place to discover Tel Aviv and live like a local just a short walk from the Hilton Beach.
Located in a small quiet street, at the corner of Ben Yehuda and Arlozorov streets, this magnificent apartment will welcome you after your long days of sightseeing: relax in its comfortable living room with a bay window overlooking a majestic tree; you also have an ideal balcony for your breakfasts or a drink after a long day of flour at the beach. The bright tones, the wooden floor and the presence of plants give off an atmosphere of serenity and softness.
You will be in peace in the sleeping area made up of two very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second can accommodate 2 people, with two single bed.
The bathroom is comfortable and modern. It has a large bathtub and a shower.
