Vista Alegre by Ronival, is the perfect place for a confortable getaway in a magnificent community in Cabo. From the moment you enter, you will be delighted by the impecable decoration. The house features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, backyard, and private rooftop with a Jacuzzi.
Located in the second floor are the three bedrooms with their ensuite bathroom as follow:
- The master bedroom is very spacious, with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, smart tv, desk and amazing balcony that invites you to enjoy amazing ocean views.
-Second bedroom has a king size bed, office desk and ensuite bathroom.
-Third bedroom has twins beds, ensuite bathroom and large closet.
Head to the rooftop deck and indulge yourself with spectacular ocean views. It is fully equipped with lounge chairs, bbq grill and without a doubt it will be your favorite place to gather with your love ones. You may find yourself not wanting to leave this exceptional retreat.

* Cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been upgraded to guarantee a safe environment. We clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used.
Guests will have full access to the house and all the amenities of Vista Vela. The community has a beautiful layout allowing all to have unrestricted views of Cabo San Lucas Bay, 24 hour security, covered parking spaces for all units (street visitor's parking outside the gate), large infinity community pool, kids pool, green playground and a large Club House with gym, lounge and snack bar.
Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. * This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*
Vista Vela is a new development (2019) located on the Cabo Corridor just five minute from down town. It is next door to Costco for your shopping convenience and 10 minute Uber ride to Medano beach. First phase, where Vista Alegre is, includes 72 Condos and 40 single family houses. It has a beautiful layout allowing all to have unrestricted views of Cabo San Lucas Bay, of course, the best view is for the Condos. The community has 24 hour security, covered parking spaces for all units (street visitor's parking outside the gate), large infinity community pool, kids pool, green playground and a large Club House with gym, lounge and snack bar.
Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.
Transportation available: Bus (highway stop), taxi, Uber, car rental, private transportation.
Renting a car is a good idea to comfortably move around, let us know and we will be glad to help arrange car rental and/or private transportation to/from Airport.
