The perfect getaway for a stay in Cape Town.

Zonnebloom is perched just above the city center was an estate of farming until the early 19th century. It has overcome its desperate apartheid history to experience increasing property sales and the arrival of bars, theatres and pubs. Population and city boundaries grew hence a development of the place becoming home. Today this suburb is home to well known university of Cape Peninsula University of Technology . There is a long street and kloof which has variety of entertainment activities . It is centrally located to nearby restaurants and entertainment facilities.
I recommend using Uber or the Red Tourist Bus.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers. There is 1 x secure parking bay and visitors parking.
We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process
No smoking 🚭 a R1000,00 penalty fee will be applied if this rule is broken. Absolutely no loud parties or loud noise, please respect that this is a residential establishment. Please respect and take care of my home. Any violation of the house rules will result in the termination of the reservation or penalties on your security deposit.
