This space is has wonderful sea views and close proximity to to regent street for restaurants and bars. from this abode you're a short walk to the sea point promenade and a short drive to the V and A water front or the Cape Town city center. The kitchen is fully kitted so you can enjoy making convenient meals from your accommodation. The location has little noise because it's set a road back from the main road that not many cars drive along.
TV with Netflix.
This is a convenient and simple space with everything you need.
Guests have full access to the apartment and one secure off-street parking.
Sea Point is an affluent, densely populated suburb sited between Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean, but has the convenience of being a few kilometres from Cape Town’s CBD and is surrounded by other affluent suburbs such as Green Point, Mouille Point, Bantry Bay and Fresnaye.
This is the only seaside suburb of Cape Town with significant high-rise development, which has given it a cosmopolitan contemporary feel and is very popular with young professionals. The demographic mix is diverse in this area, and it has a large percentage of international visitors living here as well as locals.

Stays of more than 8 days will receive a complimentary clean and linen change.
PARKING: This apartment has a designated garage labelled number 20. As you come into the parking area, drive straight and it is the first garage to your left
