Located 1km from the Toowoomba Hospital, 2km to the CBD & 100m to the City Golf Course, driving range and putt putt. Convenient to Gabbinar, Picnic Point & USQ.

The Grevillea is an arty, bright, and spacious one bedroom unit located centrally to all Toowoomba has to offer and thoughtfully set up for your stay. Highlights include:

- a sun soaked balcony perfect for your morning coffee
