Property Details:
This 100-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, Magimix coffee machine, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are street facing, one is furnished with a queen size bed while the other has a double bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one shower room with a shower, bathtub and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

This apartment is located in one of the best areas to stay in Paris. Le Marais is regarded as one of the best Parisian neighbourhoods. The magnificent Place des Vosges is 5 minutes away by foot and is worth visiting. A favourite green space of Parisians on a sunny Parisian day, you’ll find this square full of people having a picnic and children playing in its many fountains. The historic arcades surrounding the square house contain art galleries, chic restaurants, street musicians and the former home of French writer Victor Hugo, the man behind works such as Les Miserables et Notre Dame de Paris. You can visit Victor Hugo’s house for free and admire the views of the Places des Vosges from above. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports from central Paris. The RER A line runs from this station as well and provides the easiest way to get to Disneyland Paris.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

* In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:******** there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in ******** in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
