Vista del Mar is a brand new fully furnished, carefully decorated, 3 bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has the touch to make you feel at a Luxury Resort and every detail you need to be as comfortable as at home. All three bedrooms have huge closet space and en suite bathrooms, plus LED smart TV's . Master bedroom features King size bed, walk in closet and spacious bathroom with double vanity; sliding doors open to the shaded balcony. The view from the Master Bedroom? Cabo San Lucas Bay at your feet, Cabo's sunrise from the Sea of Cortes and sunsets over Pedregal hillside.
Second bedroom features two full beds, and along with the third guest bedroom which features a King size bed; both are at the Condo's entrance and provides a little more independence and all bedrooms have a smart Tv and ensuite bathroom.
The spacious open kitchen unfolds to the dining room and living room, which makes it perfect for family & friends gatherings. You will find everything you need to treat your family with a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, while everyone enjoys stunning Cabo views. Kitchen features electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and microwave. The terrace makes a wonderful spot to indulge in your morning coffee or evening wine while you sip in the view.

Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation is needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. * This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*
Vista Vela is Cabo's top new development, because of its location and amazing views! Second phase, where Vista del Mar is, includes 72 Condos. It has a beautiful layout allowing all to have unrestricted views of Cabo San Lucas Bay, of course, the best view is for the Condos. The community has 24 hour security, covered parking spaces for all units (street visitor's parking outside the gate), large infinity community pool, and a large Club House with gym, lounge and snack bar.
Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.

According to community rules and regulations Maximum Occupancy of this Condo is 6 guests and CAN NOT be exceeded at any time: Additional guests over the max. are not allowed, reservations arriving with more guests than the ones booked and registered will be denied check-in | Visitors to the Condo (during the day) are welcome, as long as the max. occupancy is not exceeded. $250 USD fines applicable if this rule is violated.
