This magnificent villa stands between the sky and the sea. Only ten minutes away from the port of Chora and 500m of the beautiful sandy beach of Aghios Sostis, Sky view villa offers the seclusion of a small bay shielded by rocky outcrops.
Tinos Sky View Villa is a single-storey detached residence of 100 m2, standing on 2000 m2 of private land. Featuring minimalist elegance and modern comforts, the villa has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and stunning sea views. There is one bathroom/WC along with a separate WC and an outdoor shower. The spacious open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area for six guests.
In one corner, right next to a glass door, there is a wooden writing desk.
The main living space opens onto a large veranda with an inviting pergola-shaded dining area. There is also a cosy sitting area on the roof terrace, from where the views of the sea and nearby islands, including Mykonos, Delos and Syros, are simply breathtaking. At night, the shimmering stars feel almost within reach.

The villa stands in a tranquil natural setting on the southern coast of Tinos. The elevated position of the residence, which appears to be suspended between sky and sea, affords panoramic views of the sparkling Aegean, nearby islands and surrounding countryside. Just 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Aghios Sostis, the villa enjoys the seclusion of a small bay protected by rocky outcrops. Aghios Sostis is washed by calm, crystal clear, shallow waters, making it ideal for families with children, even when it is windy elsewhere on the island. Guests can also swim from the rocks just 150 m. below the villa. And for a change of pace, the cafes, restaurants and shops of the main town and port are only a short drive away.
Getting around with car, moto, local taxi or bus:
• main town & port (Hora): 6 km.
• nearest beach (Aghios Sostis): 5mins by car
• swimming from the rocks 200m
• nearest mini-market: 500 m.
