Benalmadena Beach is a naturist-friendly beach, located on the Costa del Sol in Spain. The secluded beach is only accessible by stairs from the main road, and although it is a tiny beach, it's a great place to swim and enjoy some sun. While this is not officially a gay nude beach, you will often see gay beachgoers in the nude, enjoying the open and relaxed atmosphere.
Spain is generally a very tolerant country regarding LGBTQ+ rights and openness, so if you are looking for a gay-friendly beach, you'll likely find plenty in Spain. The Costa del Sol, which includes the town of Benalmádena Costa, is a popular tourist destination for LGBTQ+ travelers. The region is known for its vibrant nightlife and has several bars, clubs, and events that cater to the LGBTQ+ community.
The nearby city of Málaga, located in the Costa del Sol region, has many LGBTQ+-friendly venues and is home to the annual Málaga Pride parade. In addition, the broader region of Andalusia, which includes the Costa del Sol, has a reputation for being welcoming and accepting of diversity. The area has enacted laws to protect the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals and has several resources and support networks available for the LGBTQ+ community.
