Praia do Barril is a beautiful beach not far from the town of Santa Luzia. If you are hoping to drop towel, and everything else, this gay beach is for you. It is nudist friendly, and during the warmer months, you'll see plenty of gay guys soaking up the sun au natural. As a result, Praia do Barril is also a popular place for gay cruising on the Algarve. Generally most of the cruising happens on the east side of the beach.
Praia do Barril is located on a small pensinsula in the Atlantic. From Santa Luzia, walk to the touristic train which will cross the estuary and take you direct to Praia do Barril.
