Costa dei Barbari is located roughtly 17 kilometers from the Italian city of Trieste, and is naturist friendly. It attracts a diverse crowd during the warmer months, including LGBTQ+ beachgoers who come to enjoy the relaxed and secluded atmosphere. The gay-friendly beach is surrounded by cliffs, and offers a small pebbled area to drop towel, along with gorgeous turquoise waters.
To get to Costa dei Barabari Beach follow the marked signs off the main coastal road to Trieste. There is a carpark at a small fee, and from here, a steep marked path down to the beach, which will take about 20 minutes.
