The beach of Anse Tarare is one of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe. With its white sand and crystal clear waters, it has long been the only nudist beach on the island and also attracts many homosexuals looking for opportunities to isolate themselves. To get there, from Saint François, head towards Pointe des Châteaux and look for the restaurant Chez Man Michel (the signs indicate it). Park the car and follow the path to the left of the restaurant towards the sea, until you reach the nudist beach. Some may want to go a little further east, to Anse à la Plume (towards Anse de Salines), where the beach is even wilder.
