Located on France's famed Cote d'Azur between Toulon and Saint Tropez, the beautiful Pointe du Layet is a secluded patch of sand that spills into the azure waters of the Med.
The naturist beach also tends to be a place for gay cruising, so if you're in the mood for meeting some other gay beachgoers, this is the place to be. Just be aware that during summer, the beach becomes very crowded, so you may need to venture a little further afar if you're looking for more seclusion.
Access to Point du Layet is best by car. Take the CD 559 from Le Lavandou in the direction of Saint Tropez. Just before arriving at Cavalière, you'll see cars parked along the road. This is the cue for Pointe du Layet. After parking, take the small path to the left, down towards the beach.
We would like to thank misterb&b member, Jurjen, for sharing this great gay beach suggestion with us.
