The beach of Bau Rouge is the only naturist beach of Carqueiranne located at the west of the seaside resort towards Le Pradet and one of the only two nudist beaches between Toulon and Hyères with Monaco at Le Pradet. Very beautiful and large beach of smooth rock and very comfortable! The landscape is grandiose, the water is clear but the road is difficult to walk. The view from the top is extraordinary.
To go to the beach of Bau Rouge from the center of Toulon take the street of Mourillon and cross the Cap Brun. Once in the center of Le Pradet turn right towards the Cap Garonne mine museum and continue to Oursinnières. Then turn left into the Bau Rouge housing estate. Park before the residence (or at the museum) and continue to the wooden and then metal stairs that go straight down to the beach (the slope is steep and the climb difficult!). Slightly to the right for the gay part.
