The living room has a sectional perfect for everyone and a smart TV for all your favorite movies and shows. The dining room not only has enough comfy seating for everyone, but is another perfect place to enjoy the view. The kitchen is modern with state of the art appliances, and plenty of counter space for cooking with family and friends.
At the back of the house is the king bedroom with a smart TV, sliding glass doors to the back deck and amazing views of the lake. Towards the front of the house is the newly remodeled full bath with a shower and tub as well as a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds and smart TV.

The town ordinance, only allows 2 cars to be parked in the driveway. Any extra cars can be parked in the lot before the railroad tracks.
Pets are allowed, but pet fee is required. Host must be informed prior to stay if guest is brining pet.
Neighbors live here all year long, please be respectful of them. The town has an ordinance of quiet hours, between 10pm -7am, it is enforced.
Our Train/RR crossing: we love our trains & barely notice/hear them. They pass infrequently & have no regular schedule. They are not required to blow their horn @ crossings, so please be careful to stop and look both ways whenever crossing the tracks!
