Casa Tequila, is a stunning 2 BDR / 2 BA condo at Mavila. Located just 20 minutes driving from downtown Cabo San Lucas, it is the perfect place to entertain and enjoy great benefits. This brand new property is tastefully decorated with an open concept, cozy living room with a sleeping sofa bed for extra space and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances that include: dishwasher, oven, and cookware. The private terrace offers you the perfect place to relax while enjoying your own BBQ or just sunbathing!

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- The master bedroom has a King size bed and direct access to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy drinks at night under starry skies. For your convenience it has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and smart tv.
- Guest bedroom has two single beds, smart tv, and also ensuite bathroom.

Mavila is a village-like setting with pathways and gardens leading to spacious 2 or 3 story townhome buildings designed for comfort, enjoyment. Casa Tequila is just steps away from the beautiful community swimming pool, jacuzzi, shaded seating, as well as paths for walking and biking. If you feel like going beyond the Village, hop into your car to the Quivira Club House, The Market at Sunset Beach, or go to one of the on site restaurants in Quivira like the steakhouse, and LaChoya. Mavila is a brand new community, construction is ongoing during the day from Monday-Friday (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.) All amenities listed herein are completely finished and the noise does not bother most people staying at this condo.
This beautiful condo is located in the second floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs.
Mavila is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.

We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as transportation to nearby downtown, communities or resorts is limited to Taxis. UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts.
