Villa Loretta is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool located in a suburb or Carvoeiro just 400 metres from the tennis club and a 10 minute walk from the striking cliff tops of Southern Portugal.
The villa is air conditioned throughout, has Wi-fi, cable TV and private parking on the driveway.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the house. Carvoeiro town centre is with its stunning golden sand beach is just 2.5km (a short taxi / Uber ride away). There are several other beautiful beaches within a 5km radius of the villa as well as 3 golf courses and a water park.
Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town with many shops, bars and restaurants which also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the town beach.
A short 10 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 20 minute drive.
The accommodation comprises on the groundfloor of entrance hall, living / dining area with sliding doors opening onto the South terrace, kitchen with door opening onto the West terrace which has a built-in barbecue and dining area, bathroom with walk in shower and a double bedroom with sliding doors which open onto the main pool terrace.
The first floor consists of two more double bedrooms and two more bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto a generously sized terrace. The en-suite has both a bath and walk-in shower. There is also another bathroom equipped with a bath with overhead shower.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
Guests have sole access to the entire property including the swimming pool and garden.
There are some amenities within walking distance however buses and Uber are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book.
