At this HolyGuest, You will love this two-bedroom home located in a brand new building close to Tel Aviv’s sunny beaches, but there’s nothing remotely beach-like about this home - except for the view from the living room, of course. Instead, it’s decorated with tonnes of dark statement colours, gold accents, and contemporary masculine-style undertones that mix well with the luxurious textures, the Hollywood Regency-like palm leaf wallpaper, and a fun tribute to Audrey Hepburn.
The condo is located in the luxury rotem shani project, at the third floor and only 50 m from Jerusalem beach, with 2 great sized bedrooms, two modern bathrooms with walk in showers, this luxurious apartment can accomodate up to 4 adults. You will be able to enjoy a lovely sit out sun balcony, an open plan kitchen / lounge with large sofa and all the electronic devices of the property.
Here is the list of everything you will find in the apartment:
-free Wifi
- good quality mattress
- hair dryer
- quality cotton sheets
- fresh towels
- televisions
- Apple TV
- tea, coffee & sugar
- shampoo and soap
- table and iron
- Nespresso machine
- fully equipped kitchen
- baby crib, chair and bath (upon request)
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
No need for a car as the property is right in the center of town.
More than a job, hosting is a way for us to help travellers discover this amazing country and gives us the chance to meet great people on a daily basis.
If you are in the Gordon / Ben Yehuda area, come in our office on Ben yehuda 108 and say hi, fresh coffee is on us !
