My name is Joe, and I love meeting new house guests!
I purchased this townhome here in North La Jolla/UTC area several years ago for it’s fantastic location, as I wanted to be as close to Blacks Beach access, central to freeways, and close to favorite food shopping, bear pubs, and shopping Malls. It's about 2.2 miles to Blacks Beach (yes, the world famous nude beach :)), and nudists are more than welcome! Also close to kayaking, surfing and other beaches up and down the coast. Hillcrest (Gay area) is just about 11 miles away and is an easy Uber or Lyft ride! Balboa Park, SD Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, Coronado, Tijuana, Outlet Malls, Ocean Beach, Del Mar and all of San Diego's attractions are all within close proximity! I am walking distance to AMC Theatres, coffee houses, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, pubs, great restaurants, shopping and so much more.
I have an extra bedroom with a new Murphy bed with single mattress that is real comfy. I have two very sweet small poodles who only want to give love. You will have full use of my place but will share it with me. I come and go often and you may never even see me, pups are mostly with me! I have a bicycle, tennis rackets, two sets of roller-blades (size 10 + 11), beach chairs and umbrella, towels and lotion, for your use. I have a great life and love sharing my place with others. I've traveled the world and look forward to my next adventure. I love meeting new people and learning about new places to visit!
