In addition to teaching Yoga 3 times a week and doing my own practice, I walk or hike about 5 to 8 miles per day, I also enjoy riding my bike and swimming. I enjoy going out with friends for dinner and drinks, going to museums and shows and spending time outside explore the local parks and beaches. I love connecting and meeting new friends. I also enjoy a rare rainy day at home on the couch relaxing and reading a good book or watching a move.
