The house is in a very nice area of town. It is about 20-25 min from the airport and downtown is about 15-20 minutes. Also there is a nice outlet mall close by and a nightlife strip as well. Gay bars and clubs are about as close as 15 minutes and as far as 30 minutes depending on what you like.
