In summer my flat is quiet warm or sometimes hot and as it is common in Berlin I will stay mostly nude at home. You are welcome to join me, I can also bring you to some nice lakes where you can swim naked or with pants (and free). Please agree if it is ok for you to stay without clothes inside my flat - or ask me also to stay with some clothes because it is important for me that you feel comfortable!!!
The sofabed is cozy and comfortable, even for two if you are a couple.
I keep my flat really clean and I ask you for your cooperation: kindly take inside the flat your showes off and sit down on the toilet - it makes my cleanig much more easier - and it is very hygiene!
AND: this is not a good place if you wanna party all night and sleep in the day because in the day time I need to walk maybe through the guestroum to enter the balconiy. Flat an balconiy are smoke and drug free, sorry
